Terms and Conditions for Large Group Photos + Staging​

1. Editing

1 a. A standard 2 hours of photo editing will be included with your image to make sure we get it how you want it to look. Extensive editing requests outside of this may be subject to an editing rate.

2. Booking
2. a.  All bookings are subject to availability.

 

3. Cancellations and Amendments
3. a.Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled hire date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the overall booking fee. 

 

4. Staging Setup and Location
4. a. Where possible, we will work with the hirer to set up the staging indoors.
4. b.If adverse weather conditions make it unsafe or impractical to proceed, we will work with the hirer to find the best alternative solution.

 

5. Force Majeure
5. a. We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
